What is the hotel's cancellation policy?
If your reservation has been directly with us, there is a free cancellation policy depending on the dates of your reservation.
- For the dates 21/04 to
06/06: There is a free cancellation policy if your reservation is cancelled 8 days
prior to your arrival.
50% of the total reservation cost is charged if the cancellation occurs within 7 to 1 days prior to your arrival. - For the dates 23/09 to
26/10: There is a free cancellation policy if your reservation is cancelled 8 days
prior to your arrival.
50% of the total reservation cost is charged if the cancellation occurs within 7 to 1 days prior to your arrival. - For the dates 07/06 to
22/09: There is a free cancellation policy if your reservation is cancelled 22
days prior to your arrival.
80% of the total reservation cost is charged if the cancellation occurs within 21 to 3 days prior to your arrival. - If you do not show up: The full cost of your reservation will be charged.

What time do check-in and check-out happen?
- Standard Check-in time: 14.00 on the day of your arrival.
- Standard Check-out time: 12.00 on the day of your departure.
Should you arrive prior to 14.00, and your room is not yet available, our reception staff can store your luggage until your room is available.
There is an option for an early Check-in based on availability. -
Is there free WiFi in my room?
